Microsoft Exchange Server
Exchange is Microsoft's messaging and collaboration server. It enables users to send and receive
electronic mail and other forms of interactive communication, and is designed to interoperate with
software client applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, and others. With Microsoft
Exchange OWA (Outlook Web Access) and Outlook, clients can achieve greater functionality
and usability of their Exchange server installations.
Exchange Server also supports mobile devices such as iPads and Smart phones. Its collaboration
features help users share information quickly and efficiently. Typical collaborative scenarios
include maintaining shared address and contact lists, shared calendars for scheduling meetings,
managing rules for handing automatic filing of incoming messages and auto-responders.
Agilid engineers have extensive experience in designing, building, and operating Microsoft Exchange Server
environments. We currently work with a broad range of clients involving on-premise and hosted deployments
of Exchange Server 2003, 2007, and 2010 in single server and multi-server, high-availability implementations,
and regulated environments.
