Centralized Remote Monitoring
Centralized Remote Monitoring is the key component of our preventative maintenance agreement. It allows us to
be proactive in maintaining your system so that we can avoid downtime by averting system failures before it
happens rather than responding to it after it does. Our monitoring system will constantly monitor your environment
24x7x365 to ensure that your systems are running smoothly. When potential problems are detected, our early warning
alerts inform us of it so that one of our trained engineers can respond to it - on-site or remotely - so that
issues can be resolved before thay result in system downtime, staff idle-time, lost productivity and revenue, and
higher IT recovery costs for you.
Our monitoring system tracks the following parameters and any issues are reported to you by our engineers:
- Computer Processor Utilization
Higher than normal Computer Processor utilization will result in sluggish performance and may indicate
an imminent hardware failure.
- Computer Memory Utilization
High levels of Computer Memory Utilization will cause your applications to run slowly, wasting time. Ensuring
that the proper amount of computer memory is in place to accommodate the current workload your company has is
a key to ensuring productivity and preventing overworked computers.
- Security Software Performance and Updates
We monitor the status and performance of your Anti-Virus and other security software to ensure that they're
up-to-date, operating properly and without errors. Security is a paramount concern of any business and we make

- Backup Software Performance
Backup is essential to protecting any business from disastrous data loss. We monitor the health of your backup
system, or you can sign up with ours. Agilid's backup system (Agilebackup) provides a full spectrum of backup
options, all the way to a "bare-metal" backup which would allow us to fully restore any of your computers within
an hour.
- Computer Storage Space Utilization

- AntiVirus Security Updates and Full-system Scans
We manage your Anti-Virus or Internet Security software subscriptions and make sure that the installations
and virus definitions are are up-to-date. We perform full system scans to ensure that your computers are virus
free.
- Data Storage Defragmentation
Data storage devices accummulate random unusable areas of storage over time - they become "fragmented".
We perform defragmentation operations so that your storage devices consolidate all your data and free up unused
areas and again make them available to the system for storage use.
- Data Storage File Clean-up
With the frequent exchange of data over the Internet during browsing, storage devices become extremely
cluttered with temporary files, cookies, history files, Autocomplete form history, index.dat., log files, etc.
We periodically remove such files from your system, allowing it to run faster and freeing up valuable storage
space.
